This week we booked our second flight for our journey. As i’ve noticed before we booked our first flight to bangkok. This is not a direct flight.. we fly to Dubai first with the Emirates:

Then we fly to bangkok were we overnight in a nice comfort hotel. The next day we take a third flight to Changrai. From this place our backpack holiday will start!

In the north of Thailand we will cross the border into Laos… how we go further then? I will find out in next comming days/weeks…..

Every year it is very difficult to decide were to go on holiday… should we stay inside the EU or are we going to pack our bags and travel to a far location? Well, this year we decided to go to Asia again, because our last trip to Asia (malaysia) had impressed us very much!

We booked a ticket on Expedia.nl to bangkok, thailand (via Dubai), and in bangkok will take an internal flight to Chang Rai (this is near the border of Laos in the North.) This picture gives a good impression about our journey:

The trip takes about 23 days, this mean we have to travel a lot from place to place. This year we will overnight in several cheap local hostiles, this is different than we did in Malaysia..

The tickets has been booked, right now we’re planning our journey scheduler… and update will follow soon!

Today i’m proudly presenting the new layout of my website! The postings are now categorized on several places on the mainpage. I’m not finished completely because the sitelogo has to be change. (this temporary one is actually pretty bored..)

In the meanwhile, enjoy it, in the next few weeks I will change some colours and other few little things..

I always want to give this website a new layout because I like to change even now and then.. This time i’ve update the gallery layout because i didn’t like the standard “coppermine” gallery theme.. Please watch (click on the pic) the new layout here:

I also added some new shootings, last weekend we went to a place in the north of holland (called “friesland”), the weather was very hot so we made a canoe trip for three hours with the dog!

We liked it… Cytha liked it, so every one was happy! (Check the pics here ..)

Last week our royal “high”ness celebrated her birthday again, so this means that Eindhoven was crowdy again with lot’s of partypeople!

Almost every spot in downtown Eindhoven was filled with goods DJ’s, happy people and lot’s of alcohol! Click on the picture for a full impression!
