Ok ok, first of all: Happy new year !!! (Am I too late? euhmmm yes?)

It has been 2 months ago that I updated my website (again), but I’m so busy with all kinds of things these days! Last time I promised to add some new galleries to my website, well here is one… Thailand!
Last summer (it feels like years ago!) we went to Thailand for 2 weeks. We choose this holiday pure for relaxing… and it was! Beaches, parties, alcohol and palm trees!

Well, what should I have to tell about snowboarding in Val Thorens? (FR)
It’s just GREAT! This year was the third year in a row that we visit this nice little village, before we go I was a little bit affraid that it become monotonous, but actually this was the best visit ever!

At night, snow was falling.. at day… full sun! This time our dog has joint us as well, and as expected she like it very much! Two pictures selected from the gallery:

A few weeks ago we returned from a great snowboarding holiday in Sölden (Austria). It was pretty long time ago that I visited this nice country. Normally we go to france by bus but this year we bought a new car (suzuki grand vitara, freestyle edition) so ofcourse we would like to try the 4×4 function in the snow, therefore we drove 826 km (513 miles) by ourself to visit this little country surrounded by mountains!

Well I have to say that travelling by car to the destination is much better that going by bus! No draggin around with bags, no waiting for other (drunken) passengers,etc…

Sölden is a very nice spot for winter sports! It’s a very big place with long snowboard/skiing tracks. The Austrian people are very friendly, dogs are allowed everywhere and the ski parties afterwards are well worth! Also this time I took some pictures (and shot a video). Here’s a little selection:

Finally another posting! After a very long quiet period it’s time for an update. I have to say that I didn’t have that much time to post something because i’m very busy with a lot of things in my life…

Anyway,
We returned from a amazing holiday: 3 weeks backpacking in Laos and Cambodia! Before we went there I read a lot of stories on the internet of people which travelled to both counties, so I was very curious about how the “real life” is there. Now i’m back and really fell in love with both countries…. such beautiful places, with friendly people! I don’t wanna post a complete travelstory about our journey because it will take to much from my time right now, but I want to give you a little impression what it was all about:
